*For final confirmation of your Student registration, a proof of status (an official letter written in English and signed by supervisor ) should be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat via email at email@example.com The Congress Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case we do not receive the proper documentation.
All registration fees are quoted in SEK and VAT is not included.
Invoices with an address in the European Union must be
provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up
during the registration process.
An email/letter of receipt will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.
The conference will be streamed live to Hybrid / Digital participants. There will be opportunity to be involved in discussions through a moderated LIVE chat.
If you participate in the Hybrid / Digital format you also have the opportunity to send in an abstract for a poster. More information about presentation formats of posters will be sent out after Hybrid / Digital abstracts have been reviewed and accepted.
Payment by credit card (available to all delegates)
Please choose "Credit Card". Follow the instructions in the registration form. All credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases. Contact regarding credit card payment issues: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment by invoice (only available for delegates from Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland)
All purchases/registrations within the Swedish public sector are required by law to be electronically invoiced (e-invoicing) according to a European standard. Delegates from the Swedish public sector MUST choose E-payment as way of distribution if you choose to pay by invoice. You must also state your organization number, your e-invoicing address, and invoice reference according to the standards of your organization. If you are unsure regarding which invoice details you should enter, please ask your accounting department before you submit your registration.
Delegates from Denmark, Norway, or Finland who choose to pay by invoice must enter the correct invoice information according to their organization.
Invoicing fee SEK 64, regardless way of delivery. If you choose payment by invoice you agree to pay the invoicing fee.
In case of late payment, SEK 60 will be charged in reminder fee. Other requirements and penalty interest are added according to the Debt Collection Act and the Interest Act.
Change of invoicing address: If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 400 will be charged.
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to email@example.com, and will be subject to the following conditions:
Until July 31st, 2023: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From August 15th, 2023: No refund applies. All refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the end of the ECG 2023 Congress.
If you cannot participate in the congress, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 250 VAT. Please contact congress secretariat, Resia Kongress, if you want to transfer your registration.
Please note that only vegetarian/vegan food and allergies can be considered.
